Code for high-density electrical neuroimaging

The programs listed below run in Python, with its extension for numerical computing NumPy. All programs are released under GPL.

**JADE for Python**[download] An independent component analysis algorithm for blind source separation of real-valued sigals. Translated into NumPy from the original MATLAB® / Octave program (version 1.8) of Jean-Francois Cardoso.Usage: import as module to use in a Python program or shell. Can also be run from the command line; e.g.,
